Today is the most exciting day of the trek as you journey to the spectacular Annapurna Base Camp.

Leaving Deurali behind, the trail ascends gradually through alpine terrain surrounded by towering cliffs and glacial landscapes. The vegetation becomes sparse as you enter a breathtaking world of snow-covered peaks.

After several hours of trekking, you'll reach Machhapuchhre Base Camp (MBC), where panoramic mountain views become even more dramatic. Although climbing Machhapuchhre is prohibited due to its sacred status, the mountain dominates the skyline with its unique fishtail-shaped summit.

Following lunch at MBC, continue through the magnificent Annapurna Sanctuary. The final ascent is gentle, allowing you to fully appreciate the incredible surroundings.

Arriving at Annapurna Base Camp is an unforgettable moment. Surrounded by a natural amphitheater of towering Himalayan giants, you'll stand beneath Annapurna I, Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Gangapurna, Tent Peak, and several other magnificent peaks.

As evening approaches, witness a magical sunset as golden light illuminates the snowy mountains before enjoying a peaceful night surrounded by the Himalayas.
