The Gokyo Circuit Trek via Thonak La Pass and Sumna Phu Pass is one of the most adventurous, remote and rewarding trekking journeys in the Everest region of Nepal. The journey passes through Lukla, Phakding, Namche Bazaar, Thame, Lungden, Arya, Sumna Phu, Sumna Phu Pass, Gokyo Valley and the high-altitude Thonak La Pass, with opportunities to explore the Third Gokyo Lake, Fourth Gokyo Lake and Fifth Gokyo Lake.
