Fixed Departure Dates & Group Join Options

We offer fixed departure dates for trekkers looking to join a group. Group trekking is a cost-effective way to experience the Ganesh Himal region while making new friends along the way. Our fixed departure treks for 2025/26 are available from March to May and September to November.

Group Join Ganesh Himal Trek Cost: $1,200 - $1,600 per person (depending on group size)

Solo, Couple, and Private Trek Costs

For those preferring a private or customized experience, we offer different trekking packages:

  • Solo Trek Cost: $1,800 per person

  • Couple Trek Cost: $1,500 per person (for two people)

  • Private Group Trek Cost: Customized based on group size and preferences

Ganesh Himal Trek Permit Costs

To trek in the Ganesh Himal region, the following permits are required:

  • TIMS Card (Trekkers' Information Management System): $20 per person

  • Restricted Area Permit (if applicable): $30 - $50 per person

  • National Park/Conservation Area Entry Fee: $30 per person

Transportation Costs

Transportation to and from the trekking starting point is essential. The costs vary based on the mode of transport:

  • Kathmandu to Syabrubesi (by local bus): $10 - $15 per person

  • Kathmandu to Syabrubesi (by private jeep): $150 - $180 (shared among travelers)

  • Return transportation: Similar costs apply

Hiring a Guide, Porter, or Porter-Cum-Guide

Having an experienced guide enhances safety and provides a richer cultural experience. We provide professional guides, porters, and female guides upon request.

  • Trekking Guide Cost: $30 - $35 per day

  • Porter Cost: $20 - $25 per day

  • Porter-Cum-Guide Cost: $25 - $30 per day

Food, Accommodation, and Drinking Water Costs
