Who Can Do the Saribung Pass Trek?

✅ Best suited for:

  • Experienced high-altitude trekkers

  • Climbers aiming to combine trekking and peak ascent

Not ideal for beginners or those with heart/lung issues. Prior experience above 4,500 m strongly recommended.

Transportation

AMS (Acute Mountain Sickness) and Prevention

Risk Factors:

  • Rapid ascent

  • Sleeping above 3,500 m without acclimatization
